Truth Me™ Soul Care: Stop Bleeding, Start Living
May I ask you a question?
If you were bleeding from a visible physical cut or injury, most people would rush to apply wound care—bandages, sanitation, protection—until healing begins.
But what happens when the wound is internal?
What happens when you’re bleeding from your soul?
The Fractures You Can’t See
You can’t bandage a broken heart. You can’t wrap gauze around a betrayed mind or a soul filled with rage.
When you:
Cry without knowing why
Lash out from unprocessed anger
Sabotage your own joy because betrayal reprogrammed your trust
…you are showing signs of a bleeding soul.
The Inner PPE You Need
Just as outer wounds require PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), your soul needs inner PPE:
Prayer and Presence of God
Prophetic truth and emotional honesty
Encounters with grace and divine light
God is a soul healer. His Word is the only light that reaches into your dark, unspoken places. His presence doesn’t just cover wounds—it transforms them.
What Soul Healing Sounds Like
Sometimes healing starts with a cry:
“Lord, it hurts. I can’t help myself. Send what I need.”
And by grace, He does.
Through destiny helpers. Through words of truth.
Through tears that wash away layers of pain.
Then—somehow—you find strength to breathe again.
And you take one small step forward.
Truth vs. Emotion
Truth has no emotions—it’s a change commander.
Emotion, however, will lie, delay, and trap your soul in the chains of:
Blame
Guilt
Fear
Overthinking
But truth liberates.
A Word for Your Soul
Friend, let go—and let God speak directly to your soul:
You are not your past.
You are not other people’s ignorance.
You don’t have to stay chained to trauma.
You don’t have to keep bleeding in silence.
Put on your faith boxing gloves and give the enemy a black eye today. It’s time to stop bleeding and start LIVING again.
You Only Get One Soul
Guard it.
Speak life over it.
Surround it with those who value you and celebrate your becoming. You don’t need everyone—just those aligned with your healing.
Choose peace. Choose grace. Choose YOU.
